Where?

Emu Plains Community Centre, 4 Lawson Street, Emu Plains

When?

Third Thursday of the month start at 7:30 pm sharp

What do we do?

We have informal meetings.

We have an instruction session; a general discussion session; and a question and answer session where we address problems encountered by our members; followed by a practical session where you get a chance to put into practice things previously discussed.

Somewhere in between we have lunch which you are expected to bring yourself. Tea and coffee is available throughout the day, using a hot water urn.

Bring your own protective clothing if you have any.

Membership runs from 1 July till 30 June the following year.

As a member you may borrow the club extractor, foundation maker or embedder.

We teach all facets of beekeeping as and when requested, with a regular focus on teaching the basics to beginners.
